Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Establishbiology Heating & Air works and how it earns money. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What Establishbiology Heating & Air Does

Establishbiology Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not do AC repair, furnace repair, maintenance, system installation or any other heating and cooling work.

When you phone the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Establishbiology Heating & Air for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at the prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand Alone

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Establishbiology Heating & Air. Each one is solely responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• The equipment it installs and any warranties it offers
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being matched with a provider is not an endorsement, and it does not promise anything about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate, and compare other quotes before you choose.

About Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked. Some may be recorded for quality, verification and billing.
