Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of establishbiology.property and the services Establishbiology Heating & Air offers through it. When you use the site, phone the number listed on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Establishbiology Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not carry out heating, cooling, repair, maintenance or installation work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are matched with run their own businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licensing, insurance and behavior. We do not hire, supervise or direct providers. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Comments about efficiency are general and promise no level of energy savings. Confirm all details with a qualified provider.
